Update Title and Size field for Inventory

We are brand registered and had few ASINs where we needed to change the title and size, howevever the seller central did not allow us to change it.

We then opened a case# 10836655412 for help and were advised to remove the ASINs and re-list them. We deleted the ASINs from our inventory but when we attempted to add again, we are now unable to find those ASINs on Amazon catalogue.

We reverted back to the case with the issue, however everytime incompetent case workers answers different things without properly researching the issue and looking at the previous threads and responses. How do we deal this with situation with incompetent seller support team?
