Urgent: FBA Inventory Suddenly Disappeared
Hi everyone,
We’re experiencing a major issue with our FBA inventory and wondering if anyone else has faced this before.
On March 4th, we completed the usual seller put-away process.
On March 5th, our FBA inventory for most ASINs dropped to zero overnight.
There are no stranded, unfulfillable, or misplaced units—the stock has just vanished from the system.
It’s not related to any shipment errors. For example, one ASIN had 2,700 units received last week and we have not sold anywhere near that amount, yet all stock is now missing.
This issue has affected all our ASINs, not just one or two.
We've raised a case with Amazon, but we’re still waiting for a resolution. Has anyone else had their FBA inventory disappear without a trace? If so, how did you resolve it? They dont seem to understand and keep stating we have no stock.
Any insights would be greatly appreciated
