We have the correct valid card which is working everywhere, and when added shows validated and working, but when login back or clicked on other tab , in it still showing you cannot access the account add a valid chaer method. Keep geting this, "Invalid Charge Method". However, the charge method is valid. This is ongoing for a while , amazon support unable to help despite sending few messages through the portal and opening cases multiple times. Does anyone know how to resolve this?
