My account has been deactivated - cannot reactivate

My account has been deactivated with no warnings at all!

Just a unilateral deactivation after 6 months of selling with no issue.

The performance notification said they require further identification information but after I have provided everything requested they still say they cannot reinstate my account.

I have 800 units stranded in Amazon

I cannot seem to get in touch with a human to explain to me

a) What I have done wrong

b) What is missing from my submission

This is mindblowing - I am furious, and upset.

I am sure this could be resolved with a quick call, but there is no way to contact anyone.

What am I supposed to do in this situation. Amazon says they will start destroying my stock in 45 days....

Well, how am I supposed to expedite this if noone will contact me or explain to me what I am supposed to have done wrong.
