India Seller Account Inactive - Need help!!!!
We are a long-time FBA seller with active accounts across multiple countries. In India, our account was previously active with FBM listings while FBA registration was pending. Once the FBA setup was complete, we uploaded our listings and successfully registered our account for FBA.
We then sent 132 units to the Amazon India FBA warehouse. However, shortly after that, our India seller account became inactive, and we’ve been unable to sell anything since. While the listings are technically active, they show as “Currently Unavailable” on Amazon.in. Inside Seller Central, they appear under “Fix Stranded Inventory”, but we’re unable to take any action to resolve them. The error shows “please verify your account status” without any clear instructions.
Upon further investigation, we were told the issue was due to our GST number being linked to another account, and the solution was to delete that secondary account. We followed this instruction and deleted the unused login. However, the main account still remains inactive, and the FBA inventory we shipped is now stranded.
Despite multiple attempts to reach out to Seller Support, we continue to receive generic, automated responses that don’t address the issue or provide next steps. We are stuck and urgently need clear guidance on how to proceed.
Please please please help us resolve this issue and get our Amazon India account and inventory back to active selling status.
