Hi,
We have created a Seller Central account and added our credit card. This card has been charged 10 times for the UK & EU marketplaces. However, we are receiving an invalid charge error, due to the card not being able to be charged - which is incorrect as the card has been billed.
We have contacted Seller Support but they have been unable to resolve our issue. Please see our Case IDs below:

Furthermore, we have been charged £30 for our Seller Central account in July, even though we don't have access and are not receiving this service. We are unable to view the invoice for this charge, and this is required for our end of month financials.
Please advice on how we can activate our Seller Central account.

When did you open your account - it can take quite a while for it to be fully verified whilst they check all the info you have provided. The £30 is the professional selling plan fee (not the same as a Business Seller account) - and they sign you up automatically for the pro plan as soon as you click on the orange 'Sign Up' button. You can downgrade the planto the individual plan. All the 10 charges will be to check your bank account and is not actually taken - I think it is reimbursed once your bank details are verified.

Thank you for using the Forums. I have closely looked into the cases you provided, and our support teams mentioned that there is a billing address mismatch which is causing the invalid charge error.
After our support team identified there was no further communication from you, I'd like to understand if you double-checked that your billing address matches exactly with the information you entered?
