I don’t understand why I have an error stating that I have a second account under the names malikiclub and {personal data removed, moderator edit}. I only have one Amazon seller account with the email address

I also have a buyer account, and the system must be confusing it with that.

how can i fix this error because i only have a respond from bot that dont care of my justification this is an error
