Shipping Pallets from California to FBA DC's

Is anyone aware of any Amazon algorithms regarding shipping LTL to Amazon DC's. Shipments generally for 10 to 20 pallets every few weeks and my pricing is all over the board. Shipments with the exact same products, weight and have price ranges all over the place. Always try to ship to as many locations as possible.
