Amazon Brand Registry - Abusive Conduct
Hi Good Afternoon All,
My name is Taylor from the UK, and we have been trying to get brand registered for over FOUR months now, we tried to apply for both UK & US brand registry at the time as are selling our product on both platforms, which got rejected for abusive conduct, but in error I applied with just with our UK trademark as we didn't have a US trademark at the time, which I believe could be the reason it got rejected.
Since then we now have our UK & US trademark, with all the relevant supplier/manufacturer documents and of course our logo on the mat, and a great score as we have never had any trouble, but we have been trying to get a hold of brand registry for MONTHS to find out the reason to why it got rejected n the first instance and how to correct this and re-apply for our Brand.
This has been our most frustrating months selling on Amazon trying to resolve this as our product is now live in the US, it has been no short of a JOKE trying to speak to the brand registry and Amazon Support team regarding our issues, as we are getting the same generic answers like "We are not able to provide additional information about this request till we complete the review process." How on earth is it under review as it has already been rejected?
If anyone could please help with this, it would be greatly greatly appreciated.
Thank you.
Taylor

Hi @Seller_QveUWyUKbRshx
As was mentioned in your case, after carefully reviewing the information and documents, it was concluded that there was abusive conduct engaged in.
This decision was made due to one or more of the following reasons:
- your account was engaging in conduct that violates Brand Registry’s policies, such as, but not limited to, invalid notice submissions through our notice submission channels or tampering with the catalog;
- your application or account is related to other Amazon accounts or brands that have violated Amazon or Brand Registry’s policies,
- you are associated with one or more selling accounts as a primary owner and all of them have failed seller verification,
- inability to provide sufficient evidence of branding on products/packaging;
- you have a selling account that is de-activated, or
- your trademark application appears to be filed by a filing firm that may be violating US federal regulations and USPTO rules.
Unfortunately, since the appeal was declined, I am unable to action anything in overturning the decision.
