Sellware API

Hi,

I am using API to bring my Amazon data over to a software called Sellware. I am disappointed to see that the API is not supporting returns and amazon fees. I need those pieces of information to come over in order to use the data properly. Can someone please assist with this issue?

Hi @Seller_5szklZbBkTYve, as noted in the Selling Partner-API Overview:

SP-API provides the following major features:

Inventory management: You can perform batch uploads of inventory, add products, check inventory levels, examine pricing information, and perform other inventory management tasks.

Order management: You can download order information, obtain payment data, acknowledge orders, and schedule reports.

Reports management: You can use SP-API to request generation of a variety of reports, query their status, and then download them.

Shipping management: You can buy shipping services or create and manage Fulfillment by Amazon shipments.

Unfortunately none of the CMs here like myself are able to change the data available or policies around API (which are linked on that page), so I'm bumping this thread for others to weigh in on how they may obtain and view that info for their businesses.
