Getting charged double by Evri postage labels bought throgh Amazon
We are buying ALL our UK postage labels from Amazon using Evri.
What we are seeing is postage label charge being added by evri who are sayin that we used wrong dimensions and weight for every order we have sent. This is completley wrong because we measure every single package and weigh them correctly and then enter all the required information before purchasing shipping labels. We are NOT cheating the system and why would be???
We sell Martial Arts uniforms and each item is correctly measured and weighed before sending so how can EVRi come to this conclusion that we are not??
Has anyone else faced this same situation and how best to go about getting this resolved?
Our account has gone into negative despite we are making sales on a daily basis.

Hi,
I've just checked my transaction history, and I have about 50 transactions where Amazon or Evri has charged me £3-4 on top of the £2.95/£3.35 I paid for the original labels. The dimensions are correct. Yet apparently I underpaid for a label and they sneakily took the money out of my balance with no contact and no information. I didn't underpay either, all my labels were the correct dimensions and weight.
I've opened a case, but let me know if you find a resolution, as it seems like we are in the same situation.
Thanks

I have the exact same situation. Just witnessed my amazon balance deppreciate by £200 in one hour.
£6.12 shipping for a 200 gram small item, are you having a laugh?!

Literally having the same problem as everyone on this thread.
Got charged £3 extra on 100's of orders which the original label only cost £2.95

There seems to be a lot of us having the same issue.
Either Evri are having a laugh. Amazon has gone haywire, or we're all idiots. It could be all three, after all I'm up at 1am dealing with this nonsense.

Is it worth tagging mods in as it's happened to a few people now? I'm not sure how to.

Hi, Also just opened my account this morning to see that I have extra charges on 22 items shipped with Evri.
These are CDs, DVDs and books- nothing out of size range, and been charged an extra £3-£4 on each!
Please let us know how we can get these charges refunded ?
Definitely wrong, is the problem with Evri or Amazon Buy Shipping?
