New Listing isn't ranking for a single keyword

You previously offered to help regarding a listing that wasn't ranking for any keywords. I have since relisted and the issue has persisted. I contacted Seller Central and they gave me generic advice saying to optimise listings for search, use search terms effectively, and accurately classify my product, which I can confirm I have done. Yet, the listing does not appear for any keywords. The ASIN is B0DC17JLTQ
I would be grateful for any help. When I first listed the product, it appeared when you searched Halal Collagen, but a few days later it stopped, and now it doesn't appear following any word search.

Hi,
I took at look at your ASIN and my initial guess would be that the search algorithm doesn't like your product title as it repeats the same words a lot, and it's best to not repeat keywords as it can result in suppression (it says 'collagen' 4 times).
I would initially try changing the title to a more favourable one, and see if this fixes your problem. For example:
Halal Collagen Capsules - 1600mg Daily Serving - Premium Blend of Bovine, Marine and Eggshell - Enriched with Vitamin C - Potent Supplement to Support Skin, Hair and Nails

Perhaps @Seller_GK5kQEXpZI6fr is right, I also checked the ASIN and it's currently unavailable.
Have you made sure that sufficient inventory is available?
