Over 3 months Brand Registry case has been "Pending Review"
I submitted my request for the brand registry on October 11, 2023. The case status is "Answered" and has been for a while, but the status of my brand registry application still reads "Pending Review".
My question is - is this a normal part of the process, or has something potentially gone wrong? I am told on different forums that others got there brand registered in a few days. I'm worried that I did something wrong. It has now been over 3 months.
I understand that the process takes time, but I just want to make sure that I'm on the right track and that there aren't any issues with my application that I need to address. Any insights or advice from those who have been through the process or who are familiar with it would be greatly appreciated.
Any insight or help would be appreciated. Should I start the process over and reapply?

I should add that I have a tradmark pending with the USPTO and I don't have a trademark attorney as I applied myself. I have received several emails from USPTO letting me know that they are working on it, but nothing from amazon. I didn't receive any verification code.

Typically Brand Registry reviews complete within 10-30 business days. I am going to escalate this to the brand registry application team to get it checked so we have some answers.
