DPD & Buy shipping

I can’t find any information anywhere, so I thought I would ask the wise contributors of this forum: How does one go about setting up DPD for purchasing buy shipping in Amazon and arranging a collection? Also, does anyone have experience with the claims process and know how much insurance coverage is provided for lost or damaged parcels?

You have to apply to use SFP (seller fulfilled prime) the DPD onboarding dept setup the collection which has to be on or after 16:30.
Also worth noting that you have to operate on a Saturday or Sunday but the collection can be earlier from 12:00 onwards.
I don’t know about the claims process as DPD have never lost or damaged anything!

As above DPD onboarding team are pretty ok,
Activating DPD on amazon is different matter. took us months to get it just to appear on our amazon account to send the test labels.

I haven’t onboarded with DPD yet but I wanted to find out the rates. Looking at my integrator software its showing DPD buy shipping next day as £6.11 ex vat. Does this sound about right and is this up to 30kg per parcel?
