Error Code 8572. Where to submit GS1 certificate?
We have an issue where every product we are trying to upload in a batch has the error 8572.
We had the response from Amazon support with the following:
For error code [ 8572 ] , please provide relevant proof to validate the Universal Product Code/European Article Number (EAN):
1. If you are the owner of the brand that you are selling, please provide:
2. A copy of the certificate issued to you by GS1 showing your legal entity and associated Global Trade Item Number prefix(s).
3. Proof that the legal entity on this certificate is related to your brand, such as a trademark registration or website, which displays your products or brand and its relationship with the Universal Product Code/European Article Number (EAN) owner. We only consider official websites owned by the brand, manufacturer or the Universal Product Code/European Article Number (EAN) owner – the affiliation should be clearly called out.
Our question is where do we submit this information?
