How long ago did you add it as it can take up to 24 hours to go live

Also checked your account status - settings - account info - account status to make sure your account is not inactive

but it worked few days when i made the listing then after few days its stopped working
also its say
also they answer now my ticket saying
10:46 PM Sandra : Thank you for staying connected. Upon checking our system, this product’s launch date is set to a future date which is 23rd of August 2022.
what does that mean ?

It’s unlikely to be due to the start date since the ASIN is still live on the EU sites. You really should have had a notification as to the reason, but if not you would need to press support. There is also a self-help tool which you can find through the help menu which may give you a reason.
