Customer opened 2 return requests for the same transaction, how to solve it
Customer opened 2 international return requests for one transaction
Reason - missing part, because of this product not working( Impossible - products are boxed, no one could take anything from the box, products packed under cameras)
how to manage it?
even if I trust customer I will not send him 2 prepaid labels for 1 product

In regard to your inquiry, because it is the same, you can accept only one and cancel/close the second one and when they ask you reason of closing you can advise it is a duplicate.
