Charge Methods are now invalid and limited access to selling services

I created a case log to update a handmade item and changes weren't updating or saving.

I was informed in the response that I have limited access to selling services and need to provide charge method details and tax information. I went to my account and could see it wanted information for the following countries: Japan, Mexico, Canada and United States. I clicked the links as instructed and updated charge methods however they have each come back as invalid, I don't have other bank accounts to try other than the ones I already have and none are now going through.

Coming out of this again and back to the account info page, it now states that my account has been deactivated due to inactivity. I don't want to sell in any of these countries anyway so it's infuriating that I have to verify myself for marketplaces I don't wish to sell with.

It's unclear from this page whether it's effecting my UK seller account (message of error is generic and doesn't state which locations are effected) but I'm frustrated it's impacting my ability to update my listings. I sell everything handmade but via FBA.

Any Ideas? I don't think i've been able to deal with a human yet who can help resolve any of these issues and I want to tear my hair out at this point. Every time I get a listing working well, some barrier crops up and it's getting tiresome.
