How do I ask a customer to remove negative feedback left in error
I received a neg today, but the customer is talking about a completely different listing in their feedback. When I clicked contact customer via the Feedback Manager I am only able to send them a standard message prepared by Amazon and not able to type my own. Is there a way around this. I really just want to request the feedback be removed and advise that they can return the item for a no quibble refund…

Frankly you’d be better off just reply to the account feedback with a polite explanation of the error.
Trying to ‘encourage’ removal of a negative review puts you at high risk of account suspension and the process for customers to remove reviews is anything but straightforward, and as far as I am aware, completely impossible on mobile.
