UK Account Verification - complicated procedures

Hi

My Seller Amazon account has been deactivated and it's under verification for 3 weeks !!

Please note , the below documents has been rejected by Amazon as well .

1- CERTIFICATE OF INCORPORATION from UK Companies House [ attached ]

2- Utility Bill [ Internet Service Bill ] as proof of address [ attached ]

My CASE No. 9800783992

As Amazon Seller , we're losing money + time due to your procedures , this is terrible service ,

What more documents do you guys need ?!

I attached all kind of documents and still you keep rejecting me !

If you don't want to help the companies , please just say it so we can sell in other platforms and don't waste our time and money.

To help you further let me clear your concern, whenever a account is created with Amazon each seller is required to complete the identity verification, if you fail to do so your account gets deactivated.

As per the section 3 of the Amazon Services Europe Business Solutions Agreement you need to complete the verification process by providing the requested information/documents as mentioned in the above provided notifications by the team. As this verification would help amazon maintain a trusted marketplace for buyers and sellers.

Third , every details for my name + address , it's already mentioned in the bill.

Moreover , my location details match with Amazon Seller Account.

To review the address on Amazon Central, you can navigate to Settings > Account Info > Business Address.

There must be some information that was missing or not similar to seller central details or the document was not valid.
