"Brand Story – Carousel Tabs" Module in A+ Content

Dear Amazon Support,

I am a brand registered seller and currently using the Brand Story feature in A+ Content. However, I would like to request access to the new "Brand Story – Carousel Tabs" module, which allows customers to scroll through multiple slides with top navigation tabs (e.g., All Temperature Brushing, Easy to Assemble, etc.).

This module would significantly enhance my brand storytelling and customer experience. Please kindly enable this module for my account or advise on the steps needed to gain access.

Thank you for your assistance!

Best regards,

Hi @Seller_5Aoa7facoXcud,

From what I can see in the help documentation, carousel features are part of Premium A+ Content.

Under the "What are the types of A+ Content?" section at A+ Content help page, Premium A+ Content includes several enhanced features like carousel modules, interactive hotspots, multiple videos, and larger images.

Since you're already using Brand Story, here's what you'll need for Premium A+ access:

  • Brand Story published on all your catalog ASINs
  • At least 5 approved A+ Content projects published in the past 12 months

You don't need to contact support - Amazon reviews eligibility weekly and will automatically show you a banner in your A+ Content Manager when you qualify.

Best regards, Michael

Hi @Seller_5Aoa7facoXcud

My name is Sandy from the Community manager team.

I see that you have opened a case with seller support on this topic here: 17523504141 However, it's now resolved since they need more information from you to investigate but was not answered.

The Premium A+ Content eligibility @Seller_i6S8knzW6zU6Z mentions is correct. I am going to contact the premium A+ content team to manually review your account to see if you qualify.

You can expect a reply from me next week.

Hi @Seller_5Aoa7facoXcud

I heard back from the Premium A+ content team. Please see their message below after your account review.

There are just 2 ASINs that have brand story up on the seller's detail page, which is lesser than the active ASINs held by the seller. This doesn't satisfy the Brand Story criteria and declined.

Please make sure you meet the criteria mentioned here: A+ content

What is the eligibility criteria for Premium A+?

You have already published A+ Brand Story to all ASINs that you own within your catalog. Essentially, all ASINs within your A+ Content Manager need to have a published Brand Story. You can confirm this by accessing the A+ Content Manager and searching to see if you have created and published a project. You will also see A+ Brand Story on your ASINs under the “From the Brand” fields on the detail page.

You have had at least 5 project submissions of A+ Content that have been approved and published within the past 12 months. You can confirm this by accessing the A+ Content Manager and checking the status of your submitted projects and the last published date. This is to ensure our guidelines are being adhered to.

Best,

Sandy
