Seller Support Keeps Copying and Pasting The Same Response...no matter what I say
CASE ID 9331919032
The seller support associate keeps copying and pasting the same response, no matter what I say.
The SKU in question was removed from the catalog due to Hazmat concerns. The SKU in question went into stranded inventory until this was resolved.
The manager at the time tried to resolve it to no avail. 2 months went by and Amazon removed this ASIN from the catalog.
The seller support associate recommended I add the ASIN back into my inventory, but I cannot due to the ASIN being removed from the catalog. I am trying to let this seller support associate know that his advise is not working due to me not being able to re-add the asin to the catalog, but he keeps copying and pasting the identical response...describing the steps to take to add an item back into inventory.
I need a moderator to look into the case ID I posted and connect me with someone else as its clear that the current associate does not know how to resolve the issue.

Sadly, the moderators no longer seem to be active on the forum anymore, and unfortunately that is the way SS works, bot generated replies or cut and paste, that is if they even actually understand what you are trying to explain !!

If mods got involved every time SS failed to resolve a case, they would need an army of them working full time.
If the item is now discontinued from the catalogue and hidden, list the product on Ebay instead. The longer you are an Amazon seller, the more frequent you will rely on Ebay as a solution to the many issues you will come across.

Only way iv found to actually get someone competent/human:
Open live chat, you will auto be assigned a bot, type "Talk to human" (this may need to be done 2-3 times before it actually does what its asked
Do not do emails! Take forever to reply and 99% of time its copy/pasted responses with no substance
In addition I would look into finding any old amazon emails as these will be auto redirected to a human so spam them until you become so much of a issue they finally respond (warning you will get a few bot generated answers no matter what so just copy/paste your previous answer and eventually it will override as it will assume there's a tech issue
