✅ Repeated Compliance Rejections Despite Full Warning Label Compliance – ASIN B0D8SRKTBH

Hi all — I’m a small business owner selling a children’s tent kit (ASIN B0D8SRKTBH), and after multiple rounds of rejections, I’m completely stuck and hoping someone here can help or escalate.

The issue:

Amazon continues to reject my compliance submission for missing warning label information. Specifically, I’m told I need to provide a photo of the product or packaging with an affixed warning label and age grading.

What I’ve done:

Added a permanent sewn-in label to the exterior of the carry bag with all required info:

⚠️ “Choking hazard – small parts”

🚫 “Not for children under 3”

✅ “Recommended for ages 6+”

👁 “Adult supervision required”

Created and submitted a PDF with clear, high-resolution photos of the product packaging showing this label visibly attached.

Had a Seller Support rep confirm on the phone that it looks compliant.

Re-submitted documentation multiple times — and I continue to receive what appear to be automated rejection messages with no specific feedback or indication of what’s still wrong.

The impact:

This has been going on for over a month. I’ve invested heavily in inventory, packaging, and compliance testing. I’ve done everything in my power to meet the requirements, but I feel completely invisible in the system. As a small business, I can’t sustain this kind of delay.

What I need:

I’m asking for:

A real review by someone on the Product Compliance Team

A chance to speak directly to someone who can provide specific direction — not just auto-response rejections

I’m happy to post the exact images or file if needed. I just want to do this right and move forward. Thank you so much to anyone who can help.
