How to remove customisation from a product?

Hello everyone!

I have added a customisation information to a parent listing which then got applied to the children.
However, some of those listings are FBA and therefore I do not offer customisation with them but they seem to be enabled for customisation.

It would work either if I could remove the parent customisation information or child customisation information. However, I couldn’t find the option to remove that.

Once I try to remove it on the “Add/Edit Customisation Information” by removing the surface, it says “You need to at least add 1 surface.” before I can try to publish it.

Any suggestions?

Thanks very much!

Click inventory from seller central, then manage inventory, click custom products ( a few tabs across the top of the screen), find the item in question, click the arrow next to edit and click remove custom information
