Confirm Shipment (steps to confirm)
Hello and good evening to all. I would like to know, after confirming the dispatch, how and where do I confirm the shipment. As per the email, it is mentioned that “after you ship the order, return to your seller account to confirm shipment.” (I have sent the parcel to the customer myself through RM.) Please advise

In your manage orders for seller full filled, you will see your order. At the right side of the order you will see under action the following options:
Click confirm shipment
Then choose the carrier as Royal Mail and the appropriate delivery service used, tracking can also be entered here. Then click confirm dispatch and it will send the customer and email plus any tracking information confirming you have dispatched the item.

There should only be one step on Amazon, you confirm shipping. I think you are mixing up the instruction of ‘actually physically shipping it’ with the expectation of a button/function to do the same.
You either buy shipping - in which case dispatch is automatically confirmed - or you provide your own shipping method directly purchased by you and you then ‘confirm shipment’ manually by specifying the method used and tracking if applicable.

Confirming dispatch and confirming shipment are the same thing !
That screen shot shows you have already confirmed shipment as showing as ‘shipped’ .
Did you buy these via ‘Buy Shipping’ ? - if so you do not need to confirm as Amazon do it automatically when you buy the labels.
Just to advise - if you are sending via RM and purchasing at the PO you need to choose the stamps/franking option and NOT just 1st/2nd class as they will not be validated for VTR.
Using Amazon’s Buy Shipping for standard parcel size is cheaper than over the counter at the PO, by 40p per 2nd class small parcel.
