Brother is returning after 15 days
Is it normal to amazon to give initiate return to customer after they use half of the product or returning after a half month? or customers are just playing with small seller feelings? or amazon want to cut your small small profit in the shape of initiate return after their cave of fba fee?

Amazon allow customers to return items up to 30 days so half a month is not abnormal. By law online retailers must accept returns (there are some exceptions) for at least 14 days after the order is received, Amazon just better this to 30 days.
If the customer has half used the product then you can raise a SAFE-T claim if FBM and you will probably get reimbursed for at least part of the order value. If FBA you would need to go through Amazon Customer Services and explain what has happened, although in many cases Amazon will not reimburse.
Returns are part of an online business, many of us set are prices knowing we will have X number of returns a month. The cost of those returns are priced into our products.
