The new account is immediately banned and cannot verify identity information.
I am a new seller and have successfully registered and started selling at Amazon North America. I started signing up for the Amazon Europe site in June, but Amazon told me I couldn’t verify my identity, but I wasn’t asked for anything or anything.
I received a reply after submitting all the information again through seller support.

But I did not see the prompt when I logged into the Amazon seller account, only a new notification.
I don’t know what information I need to provide to help Amazon complete the verification.
Can anyone tell me what to do?

The Amazon process is possibly the most stressful thing you can engage in, you are being asked to resubmit documents but no explanation on how or where to resubmit. We have been an Amazon customer for several years, yet they still need to verify who you are when you start to sell. We elevated our complaints after 3 weeks of trying and the elevation process has the opposite effect in that the normal channels become void. This was explained to me when I contacted support as you have the escalations team deal with the process(The escalations team are slower to respond than the normal verification team). For a multi-billion-dollar company, you can do better than this. We are about to give up. We are a 10yr old company of which any idiot could verify who we are except Amazon. Too much technology and not enough common sense.
