Nothing unfortunately yet, just keep selling and use a fully tracked service
Are you shipping the items to the buyers yourself ?

Hello @Last_minute_deal,
Thank you for reaching out to the Seller Forums Community.
This is Kavi from Amazon and I’m here to assist you.
Your inputs are highly appreciated @The_Little_Shop.
We understand from your post that you are concerned over the Order defect Rate which went above the threshold of 1%.
Percentage of Order defect Rate is calculated on the basis of the number of defects to the number of orders in the last 60 day’s time period. The percentage will get reduced when you fulfill more orders. The Order defect Rate metric will get refreshed automatically after 60 days from the date of defects.
For more clarity you can go through the help page for Order Defect Rate policy
In order to address the negative feedback received form the buyer, we recommend you to please work with the buyer and request for feedback removal if it was submitted incorrectly, using the steps below:
- Go to the Feedback Manager in your Seller Central Account
- In the Recent Feedback table, next to the Order ID you want to request feedback removal, select Request removal under the Actions column.
We also recommend you to speak to an Account Health Specialist via phone call for dedicated assistance. You can reach the Account Health Support Specialist by clicking “Call me now” button on your Account Health Dashboard.
If you have further questions, please keep us posted, the forums community and I, are here to assist you with your concerns.
Regards,
Kavi
