listing removed
one of my listing on which i am selling from more than a year removed before two months for that i had 4000 units stock and the reason showing that it is disposable and restricted item ,even my product is reusable ,i have sumitted number of times their required document for reusable but support team just sending me auto replies ,over call team member understand the matter and asked that they cant reinstate by themself but they forward the detail to team and now it will be resolved but again same reply from emails ,i cant understand why they are not checking even their notification as i have submit the document which they asked in notification ,also the amazing thing is that many sellers are selling the same product so how they are selling if that is restricted item ?
now i am too much tired with this system ,i have invested lot of money on that product ,have 4000 units so what to do now with that ?
it is humble request to you @Spencer_Amazonplease look this matter and reinstate my asin as it is reusable which is allowed and even mentioned in listing too so if it is wrong so why customers not complained and you can check my feedback too .

While I feel bad for you that you will lose your investment, it's hard to argue that these straws are reusable. They are exactly why the new law for single use plastic was brought in.
Just saying that they are reusable in the title doesn't make them reusable.
Face it. They are disposable straws. Sorry.

After consulting with the partner team regarding your case, they provided the following instructions:
"Seller needs to remove any reference from the detail page that the product is for single-use, and clearly state in the detail page that the product is re-usable. Please also attach an official headed letter duly signed stating that your product was conceived as a re-usable only plastic product."
After this is done please contact me again so we can open a new investigation requesting ASIN reinstatement.
