Today I got a massive slap in the face from Amazon! I was contacted by a customer claiming they ordered 10 but only received 1 item, having reviewed the order it was clearly for 1. I contacted Amazon and told them that the buyer was incorrect in their statement. After the associate looked at the order they also said order was for 1. There’s literally no number 10 on the order. The associate then said any feedback or claim would not hold up.

Sure enough yesterday I got the inevitable feedback. I went through the totally inept and incompetent Feedback Manager and inevitably the feedback was not removed, I then reopened the case and appealed but yet again was disappointed. I then contacted Amazon again several times and while everyone agrees the feedback should be removed no one will remove it. I then received this:

Is this some kind of joke? This tells me that my business and all the other sellers businesses are trash or them. It’s already tough enough on here but this is just a massive middle finger. To know it’s wrong but still keep it knowing it affects ratings and ODR!
