Amazon's algorithm automatically alters the spelling of my brand name in the search bar
Hello Amazon support,
I am reaching out regarding an issue affecting the searchability of my products on Amazon.
My brand ChessBriscola is a registered trademark, and the product is listed on Amazon under this brand. However, I’ve noticed that when customers search for my brand name in the search bar, Amazon's algorithm automatically alters the spelling of my brand name to "cheese briscola". This issue is preventing potential buyers from finding my products by the correct brand name and product name. Additionally, on my product listings, Amazon is suggesting alternate spellings of my brand name, which further confuses potential customers and diminishes brand recognition.
This issue is critical, as it directly affects my brand's visibility and sales on Amazon.
I kindly request your assistance to prevent Amazon’s search algorithm from altering my brand’s name in search results and to remove any incorrect spelling suggestions from my product listings. As a registered brand, it is crucial that my brand is displayed correctly to maintain consistency and searchability.
Please advise on how to resolve this issue at your earliest convenience.
Thank you for your attention to this matter. I look forward to your prompt response.

Hello @Seller_Umcv9Cxdsaryu,
My name is Dougal from the Community Manager Team ad I can certainly assist. Have you opened a case with Seller Support already? If so, please provide that case ID here and I will review and assist wherever I am able. If you have not yet opened a case with Seller Support, please do that and share that case ID here. This will ensure I can find all the necessary information without you having to share it on a public forum.
For some quick trouble shooting, I did search your brand as your exact TM on amazon.com and received no ASINs with that brand name. This is certainly NOT what is supposed to happen so I am curious how you created the detail pages or filled in for the ASIN attributes, specifically, the brand name on the ASIN.
No need to post an ASIN here, but if it is in the case that you open or is open with Seller Support, I can get it there.
Looking forward to assisting wherever I am able.
Best, Dougal

We're experiencing exactly the same problem. For our brand, Tmonit, it gets changed to 'monit,' and instead of our sensors, only monitors appear. Were you able to find a solution for this?
Best,
Phill
