Amazon just threw out the my product that under review......
I feel that Amazon never thinks from our seller's point of view and never considers their own faults, and ultimately we sellers are the ones who have to bear the losses.
On 21/06/23, my product was required to provide a test report, which I did and was then reviewed and approved for sale by Amazon. However, it triggered another audit later and deleted my listing, so I added the inspection report as per Amazon's request, and the inspection report was approved and the backend showed the approved for sale status. But my listing was still deleted.
So I kept opening cases to complain, but they kept asking me to upload my details repeatedly and every time I did it the backend showed that the sale had been approved. But my listing was still removed. This step continued for 2 months until today I saw that Amazon has just discarded this product of mine, I immediately contacted the relevant Amazon team and they responded to me that this removal order cannot be cancelled. I realised that this would cost me a huge amount of money, I would lose my product cost, shipping costs and Amazon disposal fees. This will be a huge expense. I'm very mad!
I have actively worked with the relevant Amazon team and provided the requested information during the period that Amazon suggested the product for review and Amazon has approved the sale of the product. However, Amazon has not reinstated my listing and this is why this loss has been incurred. Therefore, I do not believe that I can be held liable for this loss. This loss needs to be borne by the Amazon team responsible for this matter.
So I don't know what to do now.........

Yes, Amazon has always been a bit irresponsible and put their own interests above those of sellers

It does seem like a bit of a bleak situation if your certification does get approved.

Copy and paste the message you received when your product was removed the second time

He stepped back from running Amazon years ago....

I don't even understand this. Cope and paste whatever messages you got from Amazon, unless they are duplicates

I know this is probably not what you want to hear, but there probably were warnings that your product would be disposed and probably also an option to create a removal order (though if it's a certification issue for something like a battery, I guess it's possible they might refuse to do that too). You need to heed this warning regardless of what some team is saying about you getting approval.

Did the listing get deleted or deactivated? If it was deleted like you say, did you ever actually relist the item after they approved it?
