ASINS wrongly restricted.
We are selling some effervescent mineral tablets (diet/food supplements) They were restricted after a few weeks pending submission of GFSI certfificate, and an image on the product detail page showing the packaging showing the UK established address. We have submitted exactly these for weeks now and it is constantly rejected without reason. I have been following a support case for weeks and keep getting the same generated response asking for the GFSI certificate (which is already there for them to see). I now got this most recent response-

FOR ASINs- B0DLBMXX41, B0DLBM9XG8, B0DLBJ9PVG, B0DL6FDZZV, B0DL67SZHG .
We appreciate your cooperation on this important matter.
You may have other statutory rights for redress including out-of-court dispute settlement."
This is harming our business not being able to get these ASINS live and amazon cannot give us any reasoning for their decision to reject exactly what they are asking for.
Where do we go from here?

I contacted the partner team about your issue. They let me know that they still need the valid label required for UK FS MP approval. The label must include a UK address and the name of the distributor or manufacturer.
They're working on your case (#10752956832). Could you provide this information?
