Join call but Internal Error
I received a request to re-verify my identity. I accessed the Amazon-provided link, but an error always occurs when I click on JOIN CALL. I've tried using both my laptop and phone, but it still doesn’t work. Could there be an error or some misunderstanding? I kindly request Amazon support to assist me.
