I SELL ORIGINAL PRODUCTS WITH INVOICES, BUT AMAZON STILL CLOSED MY ACCOUNT. WHY? HELP PLEASE

My account was suspended due to a 3rd party contract for a product I sold. I have the invoice for my products and Amazon's own invoice, but Amazon still does not accept it and does not open my account. Why is my account not opening even though I have silenced everything? Can an Amazon representative please respond and help?
