Whilst dropshipping isn’t forbidden you might struggle as a new seller as you’re likely to have to produce invoices showing the purchase of 3 asins at some point and your account will be deactivated if you can’t provide them.

So, have you now registered with HMRC as self-employed ?
You won’t have received your UTR yet, so cannot change the legal entity to BUSINESS Seller Account until you have it and submitted to Amazon.
As explained before in your other thread, Professional is simply the name of the Selling PLAN, not the type of account.

Also there is no point having a professional account until you have registered as a business and sourced some proper stock from acceptable suppliers too

I’m not sure - what do you think it is?

Focus your efforts on buying stock and then selling it, not selling stock and then buying it.

A good link from Anglozone. I thinks its work emphasising that some of the downsides it mentions could cause you serious problems with Amazon eg
Quality Control
Cancelled orders due to lack of control over inventory
Delays in sending due to lack of control over fulfilment
Problems with any of these could lead to your selling privileges being suspended.

I’m still not sure what you mean by this.
Are you talking about buying from Amazon itself and selling back to other Amazon customers via marketplace?

The onlt drop shipping that works , is if you have a supplier that you buy regular stock from and they have large product that is sold as singl units that instead of having them shipped to you , the fulfill for you, but you need an agreement with them , in the first instance. and they need to be totally reliable and give you regular stock updates . I have to be honest with you a complete nighmare

But the majoity of the stock should be sent to you directly and you ship it as you sell
