Unable to clear negative balance under seller central

I hope you are all doing well. I’m reaching out because I’m facing a challenge with my Amazon Seller Central account. For the past 30 days, I’ve been trying to resolve a negative balance issue, but unfortunately, I haven’t been successful yet. Despite creating multiple tickets with Amazon support, no action has been taken regarding this matter.
About a month ago, I downgraded my account to an individual seller, and I don’t have any pending inventory in the fulfillment centers. The outstanding amount I owe to Amazon is just 10 pounds, but I am unable to use the “repay” button underpayments. Every time I attempt to use it, nothing happens.
Due to this unresolved negative balance, I’m unable to close my account promptly, which is something I urgently need to do. My account’s charge method is up to date, and I have a valid Visa card linked to it, but for some reason, Amazon is unable to process the payment.
If any of you have encountered a similar situation or have any insights on how to resolve this matter, I would be immensely grateful for your help.

Is it actually £10 or over - or under £10 ?
as I believe they won’t try and take a payment under £10
