My account is deactivated from last september, i have sent all inovices, duty paid documents, tracking details, my business credit card statment in my appeals but no satisfactory answer. two weeks ago i have sent email to jeff/CSI and got a reply that i will hear back within 24h/48hours, but no answer.
I have sent email again yesterday again, just wanted to resolve it and if they need any more information, but there is only one automated email comes from amazon' no sufficent information' . i wait for this week now becuase i have appealed more than 10 times, spoke to customer services many times. i am going to make appointment with Citizen Advice Beaur this week too.
Is there any good amazon case solicitor anyone can recommend.
