Backdated VAT paid to Amazon but payment not acknowledged and account remains blocked
Hello,
My UK seller account was de-activated due to a backdated VAT liability which I paid according to the instructions Amazon provided, and sent proof of payment to mdri-exec-escalations@amazon.co.uk
Almost a week has passed since I made the payment but I have yet to receive any acknowledgement from Amazon. My UK seller account remains deactivated and disbursements remain restricted across all my seller accounts.
This is a worrying situation and I would appreciate it if someone from Amazon would look into the matter as soon as possible.

Do did owe Vat because you should have been Vat registered but wern't? If so are you now registered and have given your Vat no. to Amazon?
