Suspended due to suspected IP infringement

My account of 9 years has been suspended, due to "suspected IP infringement". I have reached out to Amazon support about 30 times, each time with what I think is a bulletproof appeal with tons of facts, evidence and proof that there is no trademark infringement.

I continue to get the same cut/paste response from the Amazon team, which is not helpful at all. I honestly don't even feel like a human is going through my appeal.

This account has been my entire livelihood, so I am at a loss for what to do. I am hoping someone from Amazon can reach out to me here and offer some guidance, as I have provided everything Amazon has asked for but to no avail.

Thank you.

Find the suspension notice and POST THAT but remove all personal information first.

Anyone answering will need to see what wording they used and what they are asking for.

If it is a Section 3 violation for dropshipping anyone responding needs to see the language to determine if it included the 'death sentence' wording.

Were there other issues such as IP violations, RA, OR, you used a Virtual Assistant and they 'helped' you with paperwork and forged documents?

IP violations are common and often true for tshirt/sticker companies. What design did they go after?

Also you should understand that a trademark and the Intellectual Property Rights are two different things. A red cola can or a curvy bottle can get you a hit from Coca-Cola without saying their name. People just have to be able to recognize what the property is for them to consider it violating their property or "negatively impacting their sales or reputation."

Show violation so we can see it. Does it so "no impact" or "high impact"?

Love the way everyone blames you...

ANYONE with a gmail address can have ANYONE shutdown for IP Infringement. Amazon does absolutely no investigating.

Maybe someone should come along and demonstrate to the rest of you...

Let's see now amazon lets jackers take over accounts. Amazon lets Branding go unchecked. Loses inventory out the back door. Amazon want us all to comply. Sound like amazon needs a suspension notice of its own. Just sayin.

Hope you can overcome this challenge. Good luck.

If it is *suspected* IP infringement, it is due to listing an asin with a keyword which matches a brand. This might be a valid infringement (e.g., if you use the word Coke) or might not be a valid infringement.

If it is a false positive (e.g., using the word arsenal in the context of an armory) this can be addressed. If it is a valid suspension (e.g., using the word Arsenal in the context of football) it can not.

Without telling us what the brand is and context is, we can not tell which possibility it is.

My account was shut down too for the same reason. I have been selling on Amazon for 14 years. Send many POA's and keep getting the same reply back. sent 6 Plan of Actions and over 30 calls. Good luck. Think I am going to give up.

Yep. Happened to me with Procter & Gamble. Even genuine invoices showing anywhere from 5-20x the inventory required to cover our year of Amazon sales and a copy of our distributor agreement weren't enough. It took weeks plus a letter from P&G to get reinstated. All from a bogus claim from a gmail address. Multi-hundred billion dollar international corporations don't use gmail addresses.
