Had a customer initiate a refund because the image on the book I have is different to the one that amazon lists, it is the same book, just a different cover image, the iSBN is the same. really for £3!!!!!

I always highlight this on the listing and quite often email the buyer prior to dispatch to ensure they are aware of this. I don't sell anything for £3 though as I would not make anything out of it.

I make a point of emphasising cover illustration differences - particularly when the book is one of a series and someone might want uniform covers
