Account Deactivated Due To A second Account
I sell books on Amazon. In June 2022 I had problems logging in to my seller account. The log in kept taking me to an account in my name, but no inventory etc. I contacted Amazon, I was given a case number and the issue was resolved by customer service.
Last August Amazon emailed and deactivated my account due to an association with second account. I submitted an appeal outlining the issues I had in 2022 and included my case reference number. Amazon's response was 'you have not provided enough evidence to reactivate your account'. I have now written on five occasions to try and resolve the issue explaining that I have no more evidence to submit, and asking what more do they expect me to provide. I get a standard reply to submit more evidence. They are also withholding funds from a sale. I'm in a boat without a paddle! I'd be most grateful if anyone could offer suggestions to resolve this ongoing issue.
