Error 5461 after getting brand approval. I tried many times
I am a new seller. I’ve applied for, and receieved brand approval for my brand. Yet when I try to add a product I still get error 5461. The error directs me to apply again for brand approval. I’ve got the approval multiple times now.
In the approval email I’m instructed to wait 24 hours, if still getting error 5461 after 24 hours to reach out for support.
Things I’ve done that didn’t work
Waited 24 hours
Applied again for brand approval
Reached out to support, who asked me for the same information in the brand approval application > got approved again.
I’ve done approved brand name now. Last case number is: New seller here. I’ve applied for, and recieved, brand approval for my brand. Yet when I try to add a product I still get error 5461. The error directs me to apply again for brand approval. I’ve got the approval multiple times now.
