Receiving Vector Graphics for Custom Products

Hi,

I sell custom products requiring customers to send logos or artwork. While the Amazon buyer messaging system supports JPG and PNG, these aren't ideal for us. We prefer vector graphics like .AI, .SVG, etc. Although .PDF should be supported, they don't come through.

Has anyone found a solution to receive these files within Amazon's policy, either before a customer has ordered or after, if the initial graphics they've provided are not usable? Your advice would be greatly appreciated.
