Goods have not been put on shelves for six months

Our goods arrived at warehouse IND9 on Oct 8, 2023, and the POD shows that they have been signed for. So far, the goods have not been put on shelves. We have created many many cases, there is no effective progress, no investigation, no compensation. So low efficiency and bad seller experiences on Amazon.

What is the status of that shipment in Amazon Seller Central? Is it showing as having been received? Do you have an active investigation for that lost/delayed shipment?

What to do if you have a lost or delayed FBA Shipment

A member of our team put together the above guide for what sellers can do if they have a lost shipment or other discrepancies. At this point, the question is whether the shipment is eligible for reconciliation:

"After we have confirmed receipt of all units, or your shipment has been open for more than 90 days, the status will change to “closed.” Around this time, if there were any quantity discrepancies, you can request investigation and reconcile your shipment. On the help page linked, you can check if your shipment is eligible for investigation. This is also available on the Contents tab of the Shipment summary page."
