Problems with listing a product due to product id, please help

Can anyone help?

I am having problems with adding my product ID.
I have the barcode, which is registered on the GS1 database, however Amazon shows error?
Can anyone help on what i am doing wrong?

what Brand are you stating on the listing ?
if you are Brand registered you should list as your named Brand - which should be the same as on the GS1 database
If you are not Brand Registered with Amazon, you should list the Brand Name as ‘generic’

When you say by registered, do you mean set up the account under Pland Stainless LTD?

We are using amazon to sell as our sister company Stainless Hub.

I changed it to EAN and it was the same message, please see the screen shots below.

I am putting Stainless Hub in the Manufacturer.

Are you saying i need to change the amazon account too Pland Stainless instead of Stainless Hub?
