my account has been deactivated in error

Hello , my account has been deactivated in error for more than one year and there's no options to do anything in my account "Account Health" (it's in process forever!). I can't even open a case (would be closed automatically). I have nowhere to contact amazon to solve the issue. Please advise and Help me!!

You must have been given a reason for the deactivation in the initial email you received - they do not just deactivate an account for no reason.

Was this a new account that was never fully verified ? - if so it must have been something in the verification documents you submitted that was not acceptable. We cannot help or advise without a bit more info.

Or was it an account you had been selling on and then deactivated ?
