Amazon Buy Shipping Requirement
Apologies if this has been asked before. I have just started using the ‘buy shipping’ option. For all the years I have been selling on Amazon I have taken my parcels for the post office and paid for shipping at the counter. It seems I am no longer able to do this, due to the VTR requirement.
When clicking ‘buy shipping’ and selecting Royal Mail 2nd Class Small Parcel, I get these two error messages:
Confirmation
Note: The carrier selected does not offer the confirmation method in your preferences.
Declared value
Note: The carrier selected does not offer the insurance selected in your preferences.
I cannot see where to change the method in my preferences?
If I change to Evri, then the delivery confirmation error disappears, but not the insurance confirmation?
Any help would be much appreciated.

You can still take your parcels to the post office but need to input the delivery confirmation number into amazon when you confirm dispatch.
But if youre sending small parcels its cheaper on Amazon anyway, you can just ignore those 2 warning messages its not an issue but if you want to change them its settings, account info, then click buy delivery preferences (under shipping and returns information)
