How long does a buyer have to use a return label?
Hi All
I have a buyer who opened a return request for an accidental order before she has even received the parcel and she is asking if she will still have time to use the return label before it runs out. Does anyone know how long buyers have to use a return label before it expires? Does the clock start from when the return request is opened or from when a label is created or are those things simultaneous anyway?
For sellers using Buy Shipping we only have a couple of days to get a RM parcel into the post once the label is generated but are buyers allowed longer?
Thank you!

Yes I have had returns sent back to me a couple of weeks after the return label has been generated by Amazon.
There is a lot longer period for the return label to be used and your buyer should be fine if they return the parcel shortly after they receive it.
