How to Report Blatant Manipulation of Customer Reviews on Another Seller Store

I've reported this three times on the Report Abuse page. But, even on that page, I don't have the option to report the blatant abuse a seller is using to improve their seller store reviews. When will something be done about it?

Today, April 2, 2025, this SELLER posted 33 five-star reviews to their store page, portraying they were a buying customer of their store. They have had 825 reviews in the past year. In the past six months, they've added 164 five-star reviews pretending they are customer. Here's the record that is being kept.

Typically, the seller averaged two daily reviews over the past several years.

Every time they have a bunch of bad reviews, they submit many of their own five-star reviews.

April 2, 2025 33 five-star reviews

March 13, 2025 7 five-star reviews.

March 4, 2025 12 five-star reviews.

Feb. 28, 2025 15 five-star reviews.

Feb. 21, 2025, 12 five-star reviews.

Jan. 30, 2025, 40 five-star reviews

.Jan. 17, 2025, 14 five-star reviews.

Nov. 11, 2024, 16 five-star reviews.

Sept. 30, 2024, 8 five-star reviews.

Sept. 16, 2024, 7 five-star reviews.

I didn’t look back further. This is blatantly against Amazon’s TOS.

You are correct, using the reporting tool is the best method to escalate cases of suspected buyer abuse to Amazon.
